GOGLOW HUB VIDEO RECORDING AND CONTENT USAGE AGREEMENT

 

1. Introduction

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Goglow Hub (“Goglow Hub,” “We,” or “Us”) and the undersigned student or their parent/guardian (“Student,” “You,” or “Your”). By agreeing to this contract, You consent to the video recording of Your participation in classes at Goglow Hub and the subsequent use of such recordings as described in this Agreement.

 

2. Consent to Video Recording

You hereby consent to the recording of video, audio, and/or photographic images (“Content”) of You while participating in classroom activities at Goglow Hub. This consent applies to all forms of recordings, including but not limited to live streaming, pre-recorded videos, and photographs taken by Goglow Hub.

 

3. Purpose of Content

The Content may be used by Goglow Hub for various purposes, including but not limited to:

 

    •    Educational purposes (e.g., training materials).

    •    Marketing and promotional activities on social media platforms (including Facebook and TikTok), websites, and other online platforms.

    •    Demonstration of Goglow Hub’s services to prospective students, partners, and stakeholders.

 

4. Use of Content

You grant Goglow Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the Content in any media now known or later developed. This includes the right to edit, modify, or adapt the Content as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

 

5. Privacy and Anonymity

Goglow Hub agrees to take reasonable measures to protect Your privacy. We will not disclose personal information such as names, addresses, or other identifying details without Your explicit consent, except as required by law. In cases where Content is shared publicly, We may anonymize or blur identifying features if You have not given explicit consent for public identification.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Content created by Goglow Hub shall remain the property of Goglow Hub. You acknowledge that You have no claim to any intellectual property rights in the Content or any profits that may arise from its use.

 

7. Legal Compliance

Goglow Hub agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the recording and use of Content, including data protection laws and child protection regulations. You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time by providing written notice to Goglow Hub. However, any Content created prior to the withdrawal of consent may continue to be used by Goglow Hub as permitted by this Agreement.

 

8. Release of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Goglow Hub, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action that You may have against them for defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Content as described in this Agreement.

 

9. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Goglow Hub. Upon termination, Goglow Hub will cease using the Content in new materials but may continue to use existing materials that include the Content.

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

 

11. Acceptance

2. Code of Conduct

You agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct while enrolled at Goglow Hub:

    •    Participation: Engage actively and constructively in all classes, assignments, and activities.

    •    Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are expected. If You are unable to attend a class, You must notify the instructor in advance, if possible.

 

5. Rights to Student Projects, Assignments, and Tests

You acknowledge that any projects, assignments, or tests completed as part of Your enrollment at Goglow Hub are subject to the following terms:

 

    •    Ownership and Usage: Goglow Hub reserves the right to use, reproduce, modify, and display any projects, assignments, or tests You complete during Your time at Goglow Hub for educational, promotional, or research purposes.     •    Administrative Fee: An administrative fee of 10% of the total course fee will be deducted from any refund issued for cancellations made before the training commences.

    •    Medical or Family Emergencies: In exceptional cases, such as a medical or family emergency, We may, at Our discretion, consider refund requests after the training has commenced. Such requests must be accompanied by supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates).
